Stainless steel perforated tart rings are ideal for tarts, tartlets, cakes and quiches. These rings were developed in partnership with the L’Ecole du Grand Chocolat Valrhona. 

Round tart rings size range from 2.2-in to 11.4-in diameter (Ø 5,5 cm to Ø 28,5 cm)

• Made of stainless steel, 0.8 mm thickness
• Spring stainless steel. Flexible ring for easy mold release, and which always returns to its initial shape
• Perfectly aligned sides, no offset where welded
• Ideal for the preparation of tarts, petit gateaus or rectangular entremets

• Ring molds are studded with holes for even cooking of the edges of the pie. It also ensures a crusty and browned pastry texture
